Terms of service

Purpose

These terms of service apply to all services provided by KODENA TECHNOLOGIE: web development, cybersecurity, cloud, IT consulting, maintenance and ERP integration.

Quote and order

Each service is subject to a detailed quote provided free of charge within 48 hours after the audit. The order is only confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote and the agreed deposit.

Pricing and payment

Prices are expressed in euros (EUR) excluding tax. A deposit of 30 to 50% may be requested at project start, with the balance invoiced according to the agreed schedule.

Deadlines and acceptance

Timelines are communicated before each project starts. Deliverables acceptance is formally validated by the client.

Maintenance and support

Maintenance and support services are subject to dedicated contracts specifying intervention conditions, response times and scope.

Intellectual property

Deliverables developed on a custom basis for the client become their property after full payment. KODENA TECHNOLOGIE retains ownership of its tools and reusable components.
